Oak Engineering & Mfg. can integrate the OakStop Gauge with a PLC (programmable logic control) that can automate the OakStop Gauge to allow it to automatically feed material. Using a material clamp attached to the pusher, the material can be fed automatically into a saw, punch press, drill press, shear. etc. Oak Engineering & Mfg. can also integrate the PLC’s to work with robotic arms, clamping fixtures, welder, drill press, saw, or other forms of equipment to automate a process line. Oak Engineering & Mfg. can design and implement automation for our customers upon inquiry.The OakStop Gauge can push up to 400 lbs on a low friction solid surface, 800 lbs on a roller table, when used responsibly. OakStop automatic stop/pusher saw gauges are available in lengths from 4 foot to 16 foot. Longer lengths available upon inquiry.We will be offering additional software features soon which will include operational languages in Spanish, German, French, and Portuguese and also allow for input of Metric and Imperial values. The Oakstop automatic stop/pusher gauge comes with 1 year limited warranty.
